DES MOINES, Iowa (Agriculture.com)--The CME
Group's corn, soybean and wheat markets start higher Friday.
At the open, the Dec. futures corn contract
is trading 4 1/4 cents higher at $8.12. The Nov. soybean contract is
trading 8 cents higher at $16.33. Dec. wheat futures are trading 13 cents
higher at $8.75 per bushel. The Oct. soyoil futures contract opened $0.08
higher at $53.32. The Oct. soymeal futures contract opened $4.30 per short ton
higher at $504.80.
In the outside markets, the NYMEX crude oil
is $0.19 per barrel lower, the dollar is higher and the Dow Jones Industrials
are 9 points higher.
