Dusheri Mangoes response to Pruning....a demo at neighboring large scale mango farmers..
(Early and mid season varieties in Punjab give excellent response to pruning and mid season varieties also give good response. what is critical, the grower should not delay for pruning after harvesting------- early take up of activity after harvesting leads to good fruiting for next year. small sized trees are highly unsuitable in Punjab the tree size should be 18-22 feet to remain safe from the chilled winter in Punjab.)
